I’ve created this guide to help you build your yoga classes with confidence as a yoga teacher. If you are not a yoga teacher, this guide can also help you in your personal practice. As yoga teachers and practitioners, we want to lead students and ourselves through a safe and effective yoga practice. The style of class I am portraying in this guide is a vinyasa flow or power yoga style. No class will be the same, but you will see similar elements and transitions throughout. Practice smooth transitions from pose to pose, along with your cueing (did you download that guide from me yet?) so that your students feel comfortable in your abilities to lead them through an effective class. The strategies and exercises in this guide can help you better build your class sequences as a yoga teacher.

Beginner Arm Balance Checklist

Arm balances strengthen the wrists, arms, and shoulders. They develop lightness, strength, and agility. You’ll achieve tremendous control over the whole body, as well as increase coordination and concentration. To achieve mastery in arm balances, you need to condition your body in strength, flexibility and mobility. Level 1 is all about conditioning. This guide provides you with a checklist of exercises to improve in these three areas. Much of this guide will be expanded upon in the very near future.

This is the scheduling system I use to schedule and host private lessons, events, workshops and private classes. It allows clients to sign up on my calendar, pay me directly online, fill out the intake form and liability waiver, and then sends email reminders.
